Which sneakers?

A simple question, really, and a silly deviation to post...but I need to make a choice.  Which sneaker looks better; which sneaker will I buy?

Here's another pic of Erika and I, illustrating an important part of any fight.  The interaction before the fight can determine the outcome when fists start to fly--if someone's convinced they will lose, then they WILL.  Erika and I are meeting for some friendly (but very rough and painful) fun in the old barn, and she's trying to intimidate me--but I don't intimidate.  (That impressive body, hard fists, and great muscles are will worth looking at, though...nice view I have!)

Even though it's bareknuckle, I'm also including it with "Essence of Boxing," since the mind games are the same either way.

This is going to hurt!

Erika belongs to ringdoc82.deviantart.com/ and is playing here with his permission.

My First Knockout Section One improved

After the feedback I received, I revised the beginning of "My First Knockout" as well as incorporating a bit more of the lead-up to the fight.  I tried hard to keep the important things as I improved the flow.  Thanks for all the feedback...enjoy!
I hope this is better than the previous effort.

What Means The Pledge?

Selene by GunnerSteve

Over time, I have greatly admired GunnerSteve's boxing art.  gunnersteve3d.deviantart.com/ I especially admired his boxer Venus, she looks wonderful, and looks like she'd be a lot of fun to hit.  :)
Well, he was pleased that I liked Venus, and offered to put some time into rendering me in 3D, with the possibility, as his time permits, of putting me in the ring with Venus.  Of curse, it was onl;y after that that he put up the character cards, she outweighs me by 40 pounds!  OUCH!  But I would still get in the ring with her in a heartbeat!  This is the result.  I wish I really looked this good!  (I probably won't look good when Venus is done with me...but she'd feel my leather as well...

You can see how we'd stack up here:  gunnersteve3d.deviantart.com/a… and gunnersteve3d.deviantart.com/a…

Thanks to GunnerSteve for drawing this pic, and for permission to post it.

Jackie and I--last round

Some of my older pics, I never posted, and I'll be slowly correcting that oversight.  Jackie and I have agreed to fight for eight rounds; it's the start of the sixth and what ended up being the last round.  She's VERY fast, and hits like a ton of bricks.  Small package, but dynamite comes in small packages, too

I saw this deviation www.deviantart.com/art/B-O-Ice… and it made me think of one I built some time ago, in HO scale.  The model was in an OLD model railroad magazine (There was no I-beam styrene plastic available when the article was written, but there was I beam wood available.) and it looked like a fun, unusual model.  The base car is an old Athearn blue box hopper, with Kadee couplers and a metal wheelset replacing the original plastic wheels and horn hook couplers.  The I-beams are Evergreen styrene plastic, and I used ModelTech Studios rust for the small amount of rust.  modeltechstudios.com/

FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHTS

I wrote this tale of boxing and the fight for equality some time ago, and thought that people on here enjoy it.  Constructive criticism is welcome; I am always trying to make the next tale better.  Good feedback will make it practical to improve the next tales.  So, lace up your high top sneakers, grab your gloves, and come back in time to 1979, and the fight for equality--and the attempts to be the one standing up at the final bell.

This story has mixed and guy vs guy boxing, following tales, if they get finished, will also include girl vs girl.

Please help me out with constructive criticism, from writing style to plot to dialogue--ESPECIALLY dialogue; that's HARD!

This is the same as Celebration 05, but a little post-work done.  Younger sister hung in there for more punching before going down.  Will she get up and face more of big sister's punching?

Just an older pic I found in my archives.  The big blonde's already hurt me pretty good; I'm stunned and an easy target.  It's time to make the results official by putting me down for the count.

Road Sign

Just a simple road sign shortly before the local boxing gym.
I know that the letters need to be bolder and bigger; sooner or later, I'll redo it.
(Probably when I gt the gym built and ready to place on my HO scale model railroad)

I just wanted to make a little mosaic for my Deviant Art cover page.  The photos of boxers are all ones I've made slight changes to, the renders are mine, and the gloves and sneakers are all photos of types of gloves and sneakers that I have worn well hitting and being hit.
